Making a purchase could not be easier.
Just browse our online shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into your shopping basket.
Having completed your selection, click through to the 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we will need in order to be able to complete your order.
We accept most major debit and credit cards.
If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction cost into your own currency.
You will receive an 'order confirmation' email. This is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Our standard UK P&P is £3.95. Delivery is FREE on orders over £40 (excluding delivery) being sent to UK addresses. We also offer an Express dispatch service for a charge of £5.95. This charge is instead of the £3.95 standard charge, but is applicable on Express orders of all sizes and values. Orders being sent to addresses outside the UK will have a charge added for postage/courier, which is calculated for you online.
Standard delivery times are 7 to 10 working days for personal orders (although this is usually much quicker). For school orders please allow 21 days for delivery.
Express orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of your order and are sent either 1st class Royal Mail or with a guaranteed courier service.
International delivery times will vary. For all orders please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery. Please note that smaller UK orders are currently sent by 2nd class Royal Mail. Larger UK deliveries are sent by DHL or Yodel 48 hr delivery. Please note that Map Jigsaws are sent from a separate supplier and can take up to 21 days for delivery.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Please note that you will not be charged for items until they are ready for dispatch.
Credit Card Security
When your order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on our web site.

Calls are charged at 5.105p (inc VAT) per minute from BT landlines. Other networks may charge differently and mobile networks usually charge more.
Payment on our web shop can be made by Credit or Debit Card. You may also telephone to place an order or send your order together with a cheque or Postal Order made payable to the 'Happy Puzzle Company Ltd.' Please remember to quote your school’s promotional offer code.
