A series of four card games that help to improve grammar and language skills. Devised by a primary school teacher, these games are designed to help children learn some of the trickier aspects of the English language, many of which pose a challenge to adults as well! 'Collective Nouns' asks players to pair up words with certain groups - for example, matching a card saying 'a swarm' with a card saying 'of bees'. 'Proverbs' asks players to match up the two halves of the well know phrases or sayings. 'Homonyms' requires players to match up words with the same sounds, but different meanings and spellings. 'Antonyms and Synonyms' requires players to match up words of opposite or similar meanings.
