Delivery and Returns Policy

From 12th September 2011, our standard UK P&P is £3.95. Delivery is FREE on orders over £40 (excluding delivery)  being sent to UK addresses. We also offer an Express dispatch service for a charge of £5.95. This charge is instead of the £3.95 standard charge, but is applicable on Express orders of all sizes and values. Orders being sent to addresses outside the UK will have a charge added for postage/courier, which is calculated for you online.
Standard delivery times are 7 to 10 working days for personal orders (although this is usually much quicker). For school orders please allow 21 days for delivery. Express orders are dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of your order and are sent either 1st class Royal Mail or with a guaranteed courier service. International delivery times will vary. For all orders please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery. Please note that smaller UK orders are currently sent by 2nd class Royal Mail. Larger UK deliveries are sent by DHL/Yodel 48 hr delivery.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Please note that you will not be charged for items until they are ready for dispatch.


Credit Card Security

When your order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption.  They are not held in clear text on our web site.

Returns Policy

Unless otherwise stated, we offer a full money back guarantee if goods are returned within seven days of receipt. This applies to UK orders only. We regret that goods returned used, damaged, opened or in damaged packaging cannot be refunded. We regret that unless your goods are faulty, we are unable to refund postage and packaging costs.
Please note that returns are entirely the customer's responsibility. We strongly suggest that you insure against loss. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are damaged en route, or that do not arrive back. Postage will only be refunded in the case of damaged or faulty goods. Please note that any errors or omissions from an order must be reported within seven days of receipt of the items.
