Q: How will my order be delivered?

A: All UK packages are sent using the Hermes courier services.


Q: How can you guarantee delivery if your standard delivery states 7 to 10 days?

A: At peak times, deliveries can take this long. We are past our peak now, so if you order by our deadline you WILL get your parcel in time for Christmas.

Q: Should I use Express Delivery?

A: All orders received by 12pm on Tuesday 20th December 2016 can be placed using Standard Delivery. For orders placed between then and 12pm on Thursday 22nd December 2016, Express Delivery must be used to guarantee pre-Christmas Delivery.

Q: What if I need to speak to somebody about my order?

A: Customer Services is open from 9am until 5pm from Monday to Thursday and from 8am until 3pm on Friday. Please be aware that at this time of year the lines get very busy. If you leave a message your call will always be returned during office hours or simply email us at enquiries@happypuzzle.co.uk

Q: Can I email a query to you?

A: Yes - you can email us via the website or using enquiries@happypuzzle.co.uk - email enquiries are monitored between 8am and 6pm from Monday to Thursday, from 8am to 3pm on Friday, plus we do monitor emails over the weekend and will respond to urgent requests. In addition, emails will be monitored this year on Christmas Eve until 5pm, and Boxing Day from 9am until 5pm. If your enquiry is not urgent, it will be dealt with by customer services when they reopen.
