Full-time position (Temporary contract) available at Happy Puzzle
The Happy Puzzle Company is a small, friendly business based in Elstree, Hertfordshire. We supply a range of almost 300 award-winning puzzles, games, challenges and puzzle books to the general public, schools and other educational establishments via mail order.
We are currently looking for a customer service administrator/data input clerks to assist us during our exceptionally busy Christmas period.
The successful applicants must have:
- An excellent telephone manner, communication and customer services skills - Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task - Accurate and fast data entry skills - The ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
Normal office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm but extra hours might possibly be available nearer to Christmas.
The salary for this position is £12.50ph. Full training will be provided. We are looking for people who can start in September 2025 based in our Elstree office, continuing until late December 2025/January 2026.
Interviews will be conducted at a mutually convenient time.
