Delivery and Returns
Our standard UK P&P is £4.95. Delivery is FREE on UK mainland orders over £50. Please note, the order value needs to exceed £50 after any promotional codes are applied to qualify for free delivery. If any promotional code or discount takes the order value below £50 then postage will be added to the order.
Standard delivery times is 5 - 7 working days for personal orders (although this is usually much quicker). Orders are sent on a tracked courier service and can be tracked via the "My Account" function on the web site.
A next day UK delivery service is available for a charge of £8.95. This is applicable for next day deliveries of all order values. Next day delivery orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 1.45pm on Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1.45pm are dispatched the next working day. Orders placed before 1.45pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday (or Tuesday if placed after 1.45pm). Any orders placed on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day
Should your item need to be pre-ordered, we will dispatch it for you once it has arrived in our warehouse. You are free to cancel the pre-ordered item anytime before dispatch.
Made to order items which include Jigraphy Cityscape, Your Year, Your World, The Times Newspaper Jigsaw, The Daily Telegraph Jigsaw, What's In A Date, Football Crazy, I Love My County, Postcode Jigsaws and Photo Jigsaws are made to order for you by hand. It’s a process which takes time and which is completed in stages. Once the glue has been applied to your puzzle, it needs to be stored for a few days in a humidity-controlled environment, so that the glue can dry with the puzzle remaining in perfect condition. Only then can the puzzle be cut and packaged for you. Please note, these items are non refundable unless the item is faulty.
We therefore ask that you allow up to 14 days for your jigsaw to arrive (although generally it’s much quicker). For this reason please also note that these jigsaws are not eligible for next day delivery.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
When your order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are NOT held in clear text on our web site.
Unless otherwise stated, we offer a full money back guarantee if goods are returned within fourteen days of receipt or from the day proof of sending can be provided of goods having been sent. This applies to UK and other EU orders only. We make a deduction from the reimbursement for the loss in value of any good supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you, defined as going beyond the sort of handling that might be reasonably allowed in a shop. The description of all products is clear on the box and there should be no need to remove protective packaging, such as cellophane wraps, which are in place to ensure products we supply to children are not subjected to tampering and hence removal will mean products cannot safely be resold and will result in no monies being refunded. Please note that returns are entirely the customer's responsibility. We strongly suggest that you insure against loss and send your parcel back to us on a tracked service.
If in doubt, please call our Customer Services team. We regret that unless the goods are faulty or not as described, we are unable to refund postage and packaging costs. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied. Exchanges of an item will cost £4.95 for the delivery.
