COVID-19 Operational and Order Information
Business as usual during the current national lockdown - January and February 2021
The Happy Puzzle Company remains open and fully operational during the current restrictions.
- All orders will be processed as normal, so please continue to order your puzzles and games as usual.
- Our distribution centre and jigsaw factory will both remain open and functioning as normal, incorporating all necessary safety and social distancing measures.
- The order line will remain operational 24 hours a day.
Some small changes we are making:
We are making a few tweaks as a result of the current restrictions.
- Our customer services team will need to work remotely. This means that we will be handling all enquiries coming to customer services by email only. You can email the team at email@example.com.
- We have extended the expected delivery times for orders to 7 to 10 working days (bespoke jigsaws from 14 days to 16 days). Although we still hope and expect to run to our regular timings, these extra two days will provide some extra leeway for any unexpected delays as a result of the nationwide restrictions.
Our parcels are delivered directly into the courier’s nationwide network and we use tracked services with guaranteed 48 hour delivery. We do not therefore rely on the couriers to collect your parcel from us, ensuring that it leaves on time.

We know that the next few weeks will be challenging for everyone in the UK. If there are any changes to circumstances that could affect your order in any way, we will let you know immediately. We do suggest that you order early if possible, to ensure that we have everything that you want in stock!
