Part of the Quintessentially British range this 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle is set inside an old camper with a view looking onto Roanhead in Cumbria. A vintage Bialetti coffee maker sits on the formica table, a bag of oranges and assorted groceries on the shelf. There is a big plate of hot fish and chips with the requisite mushy peas on the table accompanied by Sarson's vinegar. The book featured is 'The Salt Path' by Raynor Winn about a couple living wild and free after losing their home.
About The Artist
A lifelong creative, Donna Flowers-Dorning studied Art at college and went on to study Fashion at UCLAN in Preston. While she has always painted for pleasure, it was during lockdown that she developed her 'Still Life' series, drawing inspiration from patterns, plants, books, nostalgic food and drink, views, and artwork. Each piece is carefully composed to spark joy and evoke a sense of warmth and familiarity.
Donna's work is known for its vibrant detail, often incorporating text and pattern to create rich, expressive compositions. Her art is currently exhibited at Heart Gallery in Hebden Bridge, Sweet Magnolias in Hay-on-Wye, and Still Life in Ulverston. For Donna, creativity is a source of relaxation and joy—something that shines through in every piece she creates.
