Part of the Quintessentially British range, this 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle is set inside a cosy house boat. There's a strong cup of Yorkshire tea in a Toile tea cup, a copy of the Boho Manifesto nestled on a rainbow coloured granny square blanket next to a beautiful hand painted tea pot. A trio of vintage ducks take flight on the wall, and the industrial view of the Rochdale canal and stormy sky can be seen through the port hole window.
About The Artist
A lifelong creative, Donna Flowers-Dorning studied Art at college and went on to study Fashion at UCLAN in Preston. While she has always painted for pleasure, it was during lockdown that she developed her 'Still Life' series, drawing inspiration from patterns, plants, books, nostalgic food and drink, views, and artwork. Each piece is carefully composed to spark joy and evoke a sense of warmth and familiarity.
Donna's work is known for its vibrant detail, often incorporating text and pattern to create rich, expressive compositions. Her art is currently exhibited at Heart Gallery in Hebden Bridge, Sweet Magnolias in Hay-on-Wye, and Still Life in Ulverston. For Donna, creativity is a source of relaxation and joy—something that shines through in every piece she creates.
